TYNGSBOROUGH — Planning Board continues hearings on 7-lot Otis Woods subdivision. Connell Construction requested a continuance for both its Special Permit and Definitive Subdivision applications for the 16.49-acre project at 25 Ingalls Road in the R-1 Zoning District, moving the hearings to the May 21 meeting. The project, originally advertised in October 2025 and last continued from April 2, was not acted upon.
