Planning Board · Meeting of March 5, 2026
TYNGSBOROUGH — Planning Board defers three applications, extending hearings to March 19. The board unanimously continued the Otis Woods Special Permit and Definitive Subdivision for a proposed 7-lot open space residential development on a 16.49-acre parcel at 25 Ingalls Road, as well as a restaurant-tavern expansion application at 16, 20 and 0 Kendall Road. Applicants Francis and Sam Glavin seek approval for a 3,505-square-foot building addition and 1,660-square-foot patio; prior permits from the ZBA and Conservation Commission had expired during COVID-related project delays.
Board engineer TEC identified clarification items before the board will vote. The board also approved January 15 minutes unanimously and paused Subdivision Rules discussion pending Town Counsel consultation.
