Planning Board · Meeting of March 19, 2026
TYNGSBOROUGH — Planning Board approves restaurant addition at Kendall Road. The board unanimously granted a special permit and site plan review for Francis and Sam Glavin to add a 3,505-square-foot restaurant and tavern with a 1,660-square-foot patio at 16, 20 and 0 Kendall Road, following ZBA approvals and engineer David Nader's confirmation that parking and ADA accessibility concerns had been addressed. Chair David E.
Robson imposed three conditions on the approval: architectural drawings, accessible route from the right-of-way, and an updated lighting plan. In related action, the board unanimously continued two Connell Construction subdivision hearings for 25 Ingalls Road to April 16, 2026, pending a reconstituted Conservation Commission review.
