Planning Board · Meeting of May 21, 2026
TYNGSBOROUGH — Planning Board approves floodplain special permit; continues subdivision pending stormwater review. The board unanimously approved a single-family dwelling special permit at 137 Pawtucket Blvd., with all living space and utilities required above base flood level. The board continued its review of the seven-lot Otis Woods subdivision at 25 Ingalls Rd. to July 2, citing ongoing concerns about stormwater management and the need for geotechnical consultation.
In related discussion, Rental Associates Realty Trust presented a 44-unit age-restricted mixed-use development at 352 Middlesex Rd., consisting of 28 ownership units and 16 rental units, with 11 designated affordable units; the Select Board offered positive feedback, though the Planning Board raised concerns about family housing and sidewalks. The board will hear Toll Brothers' response to nine outstanding as-built plan items on June 4.
