Fire Station Building Committee approves timeline and survey for public feedback phase.

Fire Station Building Committee · Meeting of June 22, 2026

TYNGSBOROUGH — Fire Station Building Committee approves timeline and survey for public input phase. The Committee unanimously adopted a proposed schedule including three weeks for data collection and at least three listening sessions, with findings due to the Select Board on August 10th. Town Manager Colin Loiselle noted approximately $11,000 remains unspent from schematic design funds.

After debate, the Committee rejected a $6,500 proposal to mail surveys to all registered voters, citing cost concerns in light of the warrant article's initial defeat. The survey launches Thursday, June 25th, with the first listening session scheduled for July 1st at 6 PM.
