Conservation Commission approves septic replacement at Robin Hood Road

Conservation Commission · Meeting of June 23, 2026

Tyngsborough Conservation Commission approved a septic system replacement at 9 Robin Hood Road. Engineer Alek Chongris presented the project, which positions the replacement 75 to 100 feet from a resource area to maintain safe distance from an existing gas line; the Board of Health had already approved the system. Conservation Director Emilie Brush raised no concerns with the work on previously disturbed lawn with erosion control measures.

The Commission continued four other applications to July 14, including a 16.49-acre, 7-lot residential subdivision at 25 Ingalls Road and a wetland delineation at Dunstable Road, and split 4-4 on a septic replacement at 15-18 Cannongate Road, deferring it pending Board of Health action.
