At 25 Ingalls Road, abutter Jason McGurkey of 23 Ingalls Road told the commission that a site profile graphic submitted by the applicant's engineer was "drastically misleading," arguing the grade from the proposed infiltration basin to his property line exceeds the 15-percent threshold that triggers a 50-foot stormwater setback, and that his attached garage — mislabeled as a shed on project plans — should trigger a 100-foot foundation setback, potentially requiring the basin to be relocated.
