TYNGSBOROUGH — Conservation Commission continues four development hearings to August 25. The commission voted 4-0-2 to postpone applications for a single-family dwelling at 137 Pawtucket Boulevard, a seven-lot subdivision called Otis Woods at 25 Ingalls Road, a wetland delineation at 475 and 501 Dunstable Road, and a diesel fueling canopy at 95 and 99 Westford Road, all involving wetland and buffer zone impacts. Chair Ed Derby oversaw the meeting.
The commission voted 4-0-2 to issue a Negative Determination for Merrimac Commons' proposed emergency drainage overflow pipe, allowing that project to proceed without further environmental review.
