TYNGSBOROUGH — Zoning Board of Appeals hears concept plan for 142 Middlesex Road trade shops. Attorney Peter Nicosia, engineer Doug Lees, and developer Rich Campbell presented a proposal for a two-unit building on a fire-damaged, pre-existing non-conforming lot zoned Industrial-1, citing topography and wetlands as hardships. Chairman Douglas Latulippe's Board expressed openness to the project and reported no immediate concerns.
The Board also unanimously approved its December 11, 2025 minutes by a 5-0 vote.
