Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of March 12, 2026
Tyngsborough Zoning Board approves restaurant/tavern expansion after delay. The board unanimously backed a Special Permit and seven variances for applicants Francis and Sam Glavin to add a 3,505 square foot addition and 1,600 square foot patio to an existing Kendall Road building in the B-2 district, with all five votes 5-0. Attorney Peter Nicosia explained the project was originally approved in 2020 but shelved due to COVID-19 and economic hardship; the Sewer Commission confirmed adequate flow capacity and no town departments or the public raised concerns on the renewal filing.
