Tyngsborough Zoning Board unanimously approves industrial building at 142 Middlesex Rd. Chair Douglas Latulippe and the board voted 5-0 to grant Trico Properties, LLC a special permit and three variances allowing construction of a 5,120 square foot trade shop building on a fire-damaged, pre-existing non-conforming lot. The variances reduced lot area requirements by 16,212 square feet, frontage by 41 feet, and front yard setback by 55 feet.
Engineer Doug Lees noted topography and wetlands create hardship; the applicant has filed with Conservation and proposes landscaping and residential-style architecture. No town departments objected and no public comment was recorded.
