Tyngsborough Sewer Commission approves pump station contractor and regulates connections. Chair Brian J. Martin and Members Frederick H.

Perrault and Darryl Wickens unanimously approved a contract with Weston & Sampson to replace Daigle Electric as emergency and on-call pump station vendor, effective July 1, 2026. The commission also unanimously approved an accessory dwelling unit covenant for 40 Constantine Drive and updated user charge regulations for fiscal years 2027 through 2029. Washerville Car Wash at 426 Middlesex Road, allotted 4,950 gallons per day, is now using 16,000 gpd; the commission ordered quarterly meter readings to govern charges.

A sewer connection request from 35 Tyng Road was placed on hold pending full year flow data.
