Tyngsborough Sewer Commission unanimously approves Housing Authority covenant pending inspection. Chair Brian J. Martin and members Frederick H.
Perrault and Darryl Wickens voted 3-0 to approve a covenant for the Tyngsborough Housing Authority at Brimley Terrace, subject to plumbing inspection and receipt of outstanding checks. The commission also voted unanimously to shift residential sewer billing to quarterly starting in fiscal year 2028. Separately, Kevin Klein of Stantec Engineering presented an alternate sewer route for Bridlevale-120 Pawtucket Boulevard involving three pump station connections to the existing forcemain; the commission authorized a $15,000 peer review account and directed Klein to prepare a preliminary conceptual design.
