Planning Board postpones three hearings; holds Toll Brothers accountable on stormwater basins
Planning Board · Meeting of July 16, 2026
TYNGSBOROUGH — Planning Board postpones three development hearings on one agenda. Chair David E. Robson led a unanimous vote to continue the Global Partners diesel station hearing and both Connell Construction Otis Woods subdivision hearings to August 6.
In separate action, the board rejected a proposal to change the classification of Toll Brothers stormwater basins at Enclave and instead ordered the developer to repair six basins holding standing water greater than one foot despite compliance with approved designs; the board will withhold final occupancy certificates until the As-Built plan demonstrates functional compliance. On Triple Crown Estates, the board tentatively accepted a $133,503.20 three-phase construction plan for roadway and landscaping work subject to TEC review.
