Planning Board continues fuel station review, releases old subdivision lots
Planning Board · Meeting of August 20, 2026
TYNGSBOROUGH — Planning Board continues fuel station and subdivision reviews. The board continued the Global Partners diesel fueling facility at 95 and 99 Westford Road to September 17 after abutters from Industrial Way raised traffic concerns; the board urged redesign to avoid that exit route. The Connell Construction seven-lot Open Space Residential Subdivision at 25 Ingalls Road (Otis Woods) was continued to September 3 on both its Special Permit and Definitive Subdivision applications.
In administrative action, the board voted unanimously to release lots 16 through 22 from the 1991 Olde Colony Hills Subdivision, clearing deed restrictions that had bound 38 parcels to developer performance criteria met in 1997. All votes passed 5-0.
