Conservation Commission approves Middlesex Road commercial permit

TYNGSBOROUGH — Conservation Commission approves commercial permit on Middlesex Road. The Conservation Commission issued a Notice of Intent and Major Stormwater Management Permit for Trico Properties, LLC to redevelop 142 Middlesex Road with a new commercial building, following review of revised plans and a submitted waiver request. The commission voted unanimously to waive Section 5.5.1.3 of the Tyngsborough Wetlands Protection Bylaw.

Three other public hearings were continued to May 26: applications for a driveway at 116 Kendall Road, the Otis Woods residential subdivision at 25 Ingalls Road, and wetland delineation at Dunstable Road. The commission also approved two Certificates of Compliance for completed projects.
