Tyngsborough Conservation Commission approves five-lot Patriot Road development with geotechnical safeguards. The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a Major Stormwater Management Permit for the development at 52 Patriot Rd, including special conditions requiring geotechnical engineer evaluation of retaining walls on two lots and two years of post-construction monitoring for water breakout and tension cracks due to abutter concerns about infiltration near bedrock. Attorney Peter Nicosia and engineer Nathaniel Cataldo represented applicant Tamara Lacasse, who submitted revised plans with a Phasing Plan for construction sequencing.
No abutters testified at the hearing. The Commission also moved four other applications to April dates and reconstituted itself as a nine-member body for a hearing on the proposed Otis Woods seven-lot subdivision.
