Commission continues three development hearings

Tyngsborough Commission continues hearings on three major development projects to February 10. Chairman Ed Derby and four commission members voted unanimously to defer decisions on a five-lot residential development at 52 Patriot Road, a seven-lot open-space subdivision at 25 Ingalls Road (Otis Woods), and a 28.68-acre battery energy storage system at 406 Middlesex Road proposed by River Mill Storage, LLC. Conservation Director Emilie Brush reviewed tree clearing regulations for the residential projects.
The battery storage project will require a National Discharge Elimination Systems permit and a Special Permit from the Select Board.
