Housing Authority approves window contract, waivers tenant debt.

Tyngsborough Housing Authority approves window replacement phase 1 contract. Chairman Brian Martin's board unanimously backed the low-bid contract for project 301065 and waived $1,287 in tenant debt at the 667-2 development following a resident's passing. Executive Director Linda Thibodeau reported continued coordination with Mass Housing on a potential 99-year lease for authority-owned land, with a March revisit scheduled after a point person returns from medical leave.

The board also unanimously adopted its Affirmative Action Goal Plan and scheduled the next regular meeting for February 25, 2026, at Brinley apartments.
