Zoning Board extends hearings on dunstable variance, billboard, senior living project
Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of August 13, 2026
TYNGSBOROUGH — Zoning Board of Appeals continues four variance hearings, extends senior living case. The board, led by Chair Douglas Latulippe, granted a 30-day extension on the Dunstable Road zoning violation case and moved the Dunstable Road billboard modification and 136 Lakeview Avenue setback variance to September 10. WL Development's proposed 27.7-acre senior living community at 84 Kendall Road, seeking 83 feet frontage and 11.8 feet building height variances, generated resident opposition over rural character and building height concerns and was also continued to September 10.
The board unanimously appointed Don Persons to represent the Zoning Board on the Middlesex Road and Westford Road Visioning Committee.
