Board continues 401 Dunstable Road zoning violation hearing to July
Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of June 11, 2026
TYNGSBOROUGH — The Tyngsborough Zoning Board of Appeals continued a zoning violation case at 401 Dunstable Road to July 9, 2026, allowing attorney Peter Nicosia and his client time to negotiate with the Building Commissioner. The 3.58-acre B-3-zoned parcel, leased by Paul L. Catalano for general contracting, was cited in April for prohibited construction yard use.
Nicosia argued Catalano intended retail operations supporting the construction industry, similar to the site's prior landscape center use, and sought to determine what permitting would bring the operation into compliance. The board voted unanimously, 5-0, to continue the hearing. Members also unanimously re-elected Douglas Latulippe as Chair and Nikki Caplis as Vice Chair.
