TYNGSBOROUGH — Conservation Commission approves two permits while continuing major development applications. The commission issued a Negative Determination and approved a Major Stormwater Management Permit for a 3,505 square-foot restaurant building addition at 0, 16, 20 Kendall Rd., and closed the public hearing on Cannongate II Condominium Association's failed septic system replacement, issuing a Negative Determination for the project at 15-18 Cannongate Rd. Three major applications, including the Fermanian single-family dwelling within the Merrimack River Riverfront Area and the Connell Construction open space residential subdivision at 25 Ingalls Rd., were continued to July 28, 2026.

Ed Derby was re-elected Chairman and Joseph Kablik as Vice Chair by unanimous vote.
