Tyngsborough Conservation Commission approves middle school compliance certifications while continuing development hearings. The Commission, chaired by Ed Derby, unanimously approved a Certificate of Compliance and Stormwater Management Permit Certificate of Release for the Middle School project at 50 Norris Rd. (DEP# 309-1001) based on compliance certifications from Samiotes Consultants covering wetland, stormwater, and landscaping work. The Commission also unanimously approved a retaining wall repair determination at 64 Willowdale Ave.
Four development applications were continued: Mark Fermanian's dwelling proposal at 137 Pawtucket Blvd. and James Craven's dock replacement at 212 Massapoag Rd. to February 24, and Tamara Lacasse's five-lot development at 52 Patriot Rd. and Connell Construction's seven-lot subdivision at 25 Ingalls Rd. to January 27. ===BRIEF===
