Tyngsborough Conservation Commission approves battery storage system permit for Middlesex Road. The Conservation Commission unanimously approved a Major Stormwater Management Permit for River Mill Storage, LLC to develop a 28.68-acre Battery Energy Storage System on Middlesex Road, with requirements for a final Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan submitted at least 14 days before construction and soil testing for infiltration basin placement. The Commission also approved a Standard Order of Conditions for 16 Gloria Ave for Eric and Crystal Bewig for an addition and related improvements.

Six other development hearings were continued to March, including projects on Patriot Road, Ingalls Road (Otis Woods), and Kendall Road.
