Tyngsborough Housing Authority approves $2,200 in write-offs across family and elderly housing. Chair Brian Martin presided over the February 25 meeting at which the five-member board unanimously approved write-offs of $2,000 in family housing and $200 in elderly and disabled housing accounts, along with routine approvals of treasurer reports, accounts payable, and January 2026 payroll. The Executive Director reported leasing to three new residents and continuing a partnership with Age Span to host a traveling chef program averaging 20 to 25 resident attendees monthly.
The board rescheduled its March regular meeting for a special session on March 12.
