Tyngsborough Sewer Commission approves two residential sewer connections. Chair Brian J. Martin, Member Frederick H.
Perrault, and Member Darryl Wickens voted unanimously to allow 6 Poe Circle to connect with capacity drawn from the Flint's Corner reserve and to approve 24 Worden Road with a mandatory 60-day completion deadline. The Commission also unanimously waived $17.62 in late fees and interest on a bill for 10 Dickens Lane. Sewer Administrator Kathy Cayer reported that Phase 2 infrastructure work continues, with Topline Granite connected last week and Skate 3 planning connection on May 14 or 15; property agreements for 93 Kendall Road await Commission approval after attorney review.
