Sewer Commission · Meeting of April 9, 2026
TYNGSBOROUGH — Sewer Commission approves two residential sewer connections without opposition. Chair Brian J. Martin and members Frederick H.
Perrault and Darryl Wickens unanimously voted to allow 1 Ferry Lane to draw reserve flow from Flint's Corner for a single-family renovation, and to permit a detached ADU at 5 Joco Drive to connect through the existing house line to an E1 pump station, subject to engineer review. In other business, Sewer Administrator Kathy Cayer declined to referee a private dispute between Bridlevale and an abutter over access to a pump station; the commission is two weeks into an eight-week I/I monitoring plan with 10 days of CCTV inspection scheduled.
