Sewer Commission · Meeting of January 22, 2026

TYNGSBOROUGH — Sewer Commission approves prior minutes and addresses development capacity issues. Chair Brian J. Martin, Member Frederick H.

Perrault, and Member Darryl Wickens unanimously approved meeting minutes from January 8 and November 13, 2025, in votes of 3 to 0. The Commission discussed a plaza applicant at 130 Middlesex Road who exceeded his bettered allotment by 2 ERUs over three quarters but failed to appear; reviewed a waiting list that includes two to three denied single-family home applications due to lack of capacity; and addressed flow-data discrepancies for the Tyngsborough Housing Authority-Brimley Terrace project, which the THA website reports as 56 units. The Commission deferred responses on multiple projects to its February 12 meeting.
