TYNGSBOROUGH — Sewer Commission votes to deny additional flow for 130 Middlesex Road Plaza and approves capacity restoration for 46 Middlesex Road. Chair Brian J. Martin and members Frederick H.
Perrault and Darryl Wickens discussed three budget scenarios ranging from $2.1 million to $2.8 million, with residential rates potentially rising to $884 per user or increasing seven percent over three years, per Sewer Administrator Kathy Cayer's analysis of Massachusetts Department of Revenue best practices. The board scheduled a public hearing on user fees for March 26 and approved a $58,350 connection fee for Tyngsborough Housing Authority's 56-unit Brimley Terrace project. All votes passed unanimously.
