Conservation Commission approves dock and driveway projects with conditions
Conservation Commission · Meeting of May 26, 2026
Tyngsborough Conservation Commission approves dock replacement and driveway project after extended review. The board voted unanimously to issue a Standard Order of Conditions for James Craven's wooden-to-aluminum dock replacement at 212 Massapoag Road, clearing the application continued from March. The Commission also voted unanimously to issue a Standard Order of Conditions and Stormwater Management Permit for Glen Kohl's entrance driveway at 116 Kendall Road, which crosses a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
The driveway conditions require a qualified wetland scientist to conduct a pre-construction site walk and monitor the replicated wetland area for two growing seasons. The Commission continued a 7-lot subdivision (Otis Woods) and a Resource Area Delineation to June 9.
