Finance Committee approves prior minutes, hears FY27 budget preview.

TYNGSBOROUGH — The Tyngsborough Finance Committee approved its October meeting minutes and heard the Fiscal Year 2027 initial budget presentation from Town Manager Colin Loiselle and Finance Director David Andrus. Chair Lawrence G. Clawson, Jr. asked whether a deficit budget was possible; Loiselle confirmed the town must present a balanced budget to Town Meeting in May.
Committee member Phillip Carignan requested documentation of how projected development corresponds with projected revenue. Sean Walsh presented the proposed FY27 capital plan with members of the Capital Asset Management Committee, noting the plan remains subject to updates before finalization.
