Conservation Commission · Meeting of February 10, 2026

TYNGSBOROUGH — Commission approves two-year Long Pond permit extension, continues development hearings. Conservation Director Emilie Brush recommended the extension, which marks the fourth renewal of the order originally issued in October 2010; the Commission voted unanimously to approve with a requirement that applicants file a new Notice of Intent before the extension expires. The Commission also continued hearings on four major projects to February 24: a five-lot residential development at 52 Patriot Road, a seven-lot Open Space Residential Subdivision at 25 Ingalls Road, a 28.68-acre Battery Energy Storage System at 406 Middlesex Road, and a Bridge Meadow Brook culvert replacement on Dunstable Road designed to meet state crossing standards.
