Tyngsborough Planning Board Approves Sherbin Avenue Lot-Line Adjustment, Mulls Earlier Meetings

TYNGSBOROUGH — November 6, 2025 — Tyngsborough Planning Board endorses Sherbin Avenue lot-line adjustment and weighs shift to 6 p.m. meetings. The board unanimously approved an Approval Not Required plan adjusting the boundary between 198 and 200 Sherbin Ave., with technical review engineer Jake McIntyre confirming both lots remain in conformance with town bylaws after the change. Two applications for 25 Ingles Road — a special permit and a subdivision — were continued by unanimous vote to the board's November 20 meeting. Under new business, the chair said the town's media director had asked whether the board would move its regular meetings from 7 p.m. to 6 p.m. starting in December, noting the Planning Board and Conservation Commission are the only town bodies still starting at 7. Members raised no objections but deferred a formal vote to November 20 so absent member Kim could participate, with the chair saying, "Let's not leave Kim out of this."
