Tyngsborough Fire Station Committee schedules July 8 community listening session

Friday, July 3 (all day) — An Extreme Heat Warning issued by the National Weather Service in Boston remains in effect through 8:00 PM Saturday, July 4, covering Tyngsborough and the surrounding area. The warning period began at 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 1, and residents are urged to take precautions through the holiday weekend.

Friday, July 3 — The town's weekly newsletter, the Green Arches Weekly (Vol. 1, No. 1 for July 3, 2026), is out today. Residents can find the latest edition on the town website.

Coming up — Tuesday, July 7 — Filing deadlines fall on Tuesday for two upcoming land-use meetings: submissions for the July 28 Conservation Commission meeting and for the August 6 Planning Board meeting are both due that day. Applicants should contact the relevant departments ahead of the deadline.

Coming up — Wednesday, July 8 — The Fire Station Building Committee will hold a community listening session, giving residents a chance to weigh in as the Select Board and the committee consider next steps for the Fire Station Project. The town is actively seeking public feedback on the project ahead of the session.
