Sustainability Committee · Meeting of September 15, 2026

TYNGSBOROUGH — The Sustainability Committee assigned staff to four fall environmental events while grappling with volunteer recruitment challenges. Carolyn Scafidi and Anthony Buschur were assigned to the Health Fair; Keith Morse to captain the Repair Cafe on October 24 with five volunteers recruited so far; and Scafidi and Deborah Schneider to co-captain Zero Waste Day at the DPW Parking Lot. The committee also discussed new resident welcome packets for 36 new residents and heat pump incentive information, though a vendor error involving outdated mailing lists for Homeworks Energy remained unresolved.
