Housing Authority approves revised FY26 and FY27 budgets unanimously

Tyngsborough Housing Authority unanimously approves revised FY26 and FY27 budgets with wage increases. Chair Brian Martin oversaw approval of complete fiscal-year budgets for three housing developments, including allocations for the Mortgage Restructuring Vehicle Program, with all votes passing unanimously. The board also unanimously approved Amendment Number 13 to the Contract for Financial Assistance (CFA) 5001, increasing the commitment from 3.124 million dollars to 4.465 million dollars, a 1.341 million dollar expansion.
Executive Director Linda Thibodeau was authorized to sign as designated signatory in the Board Chair's place, and revised Department of Labor Services wages for two maintenance employees were approved. The board also imposed a new vehicle use policy requiring Executive Director approval before any Housing Authority truck may be taken home.
