TYNGSBOROUGH — Housing Authority approves $187,000 window replacement contract revision. The Tyngsborough Housing Authority unanimously voted to accept the corrected low bid from Aegean Builders LLC for Phase 2 window replacement at Brinley Terrace, raising the contract amount from an earlier stated $163,000 to $187,000 to include both the base bid and an alternate. Chair Brian Martin led the brief special meeting, which also confirmed that the regular March 25 meeting has been canceled; outstanding agenda items will transfer to the April 15 meeting.
