TYNGSBOROUGH — Fire Station Building Committee approves site and floor plan for new station. Chair Adele Coughlin presided over nine members who unanimously backed both the site layout and floor plan, with H2M architects accommodating design requests including a training hydrant and an additional door between training and staff areas. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design work is due by month's end.
The Committee scheduled three remaining public outreach sessions, with the final session in late February to focus on cost and design sketches.
