TYNGSBOROUGH — Fire Station Building Committee approves prior minutes, reviews architectural updates. The Committee unanimously adopted the January 21, 2026 minutes on a motion by Edgar McLean, seconded by Heather Sue Murphy, vote 6-0. Design firm H2M presented revised renderings featuring a new dormer on the north elevation and awnings over bay entrances, along with masonry refinements to the West elevation and a new egress door on the south elevation.
Aubrey Dunn confirmed the plans will be delivered to the estimator by February 16, 2026, and noted that design changes will not affect the cost estimate. Public outreach meetings with community groups are scheduled between now and the Committee's March 11 meeting.
